RATES
The rates are quoted based upon the exchange rate of October 31, 2007 which is 3,53 RON = 1 EUR. The rates include VAT 9%.
Any changes in the economic climate, fluctuations in exchange rates, prices, official tariffs, charges and taxes may result in differences from the published rates. In this case we will notify you promptly.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
After receiving the final confirmation of a booking, a pro-forma invoice will be issued and forwarded to the client. If the amount due stated on pro-forma invoice is not received by VOYAGER TOURISM on the due date of payment, the booking is considered as cancelled.

GROUP PAYMENTS TERMS:
A deposit payment has to be settled by bank transfer at least 30 days prior to arrival. A facsimile copy of a transfer order confirmed by a bank should be sent to us on the day the payment is made as evidence that the payment has been carried out. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 30 days, the invoice should be settled immediately. All group bookings are to be prepaid. If the deposit is not received by the due date stated on invoice the group booking will be considered cancelled. Please check that bank charges are paid by customer.

INDIVIDUAL PAYMENTS TERMS:

A facsimile copy of a transfer order confirmed by a bank should be sent to us on the day of payment as evidence that the payment has been carried out. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 7 days, the invoice should be settled immediately. If the deposit is not received by the due date stated on invoice the booking will be considered cancelled. Please check that bank charges are paid by customer.

CANCELLATION TERMS
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by VOYAGER TOURISM as evidence that they have actually taken effect.

Group cancellation terms:
· cancellation 31 days prior to arrival…..no charge
· a decrease in the number of persons up to 10%….no charge
· a decrease in the number of persons more than 10% (fee charged only for persons over the allowed 10% decrease), or full cancellation:
- 30-21 days before arrival ………30% of the total price of ordered services
- 20-15 days before arrival ………50% of the total price of ordered services
- 14- 8 days before arrival ………75% of the total price of ordered services
- 7-0 days before arrival or no show …100% of the total price of ordered services

Individual cancellation terms:
The client is entitled to cancel the confirmed booking under the following cancellation terms:
· cancellation 4 days prior to arrival…………….no charge
· cancellation 3 days prior to arrival…………….60% of the total of ordered service
· cancellation 48 hours and less prior to arrival or no-show of the client…..100% of the total of ordered service

A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if the above-stated services ordered were of one’s own will partially of fully cancelled on the spot.

It is customer’s responsibility to obtain a valid passport, visa or any required documents. VOYAGER TOURISM does not take the responsibility for any action associated with obtaining a visa.

CLAIMS:
In case the ordered services were not provided in full or the appropriate quality, the customer is entitled to submit a claim. All claims should be implemented by without delay at the place of origin so that reparation may be made promptly and on the spot.
If it is demonstrably impossible to implement a claim on the spot or if the repair was not demonstrably satisfactory, the client is obliged to implement his claim right to VOYAGER TOURISM, in writing without delay, no later than 14 days after the end of the services. If the claim is received later VOYAGER TOURISM considers it not valid anymore. The result of the claim proceedings will be announced to the client at latest within 14 days of the date of implementing of the claim.

IN THE EVENT WE ARE FORCED TO CHANGE ARRANGEMENTS
VOYAGER TOURISM can withdraw confirmed bookings only when the client does not pay on time and does not respect the payment conditions. When services confirmed by VOYAGER TOURISM cannot be provided for reasons of force major, VOYAGER TOURISM will offer an alternative. If the client refuses the alternative, VOYAGER TOURISM will refund the full amount to the client if the amount was prepaid.
