from Bucharest to Piatra Neamt. Arrival
in the afternoon and trip to Durau , an attractive mountain resort.

| DAY 2 | Departure
from Piatra Neamt to Suceava. Stops
for visiting Agapia monastery (painted by Nicolae Grigorescu at
the age of 20), Varatec monastery & Neamt Fortress and monastery
(the most impressive construction of Stephen the Great). Continue
for Suceava. Dinner and overnight. |

| DAY 3 | In the morning city tour and continue to Dragomirna monastery (built in 1602). Stop for visit and continue to Gura Humorului. In the afternoon trip for visiting Humor monastery (1530) & Voronet monastery (1499 – known as “Sistine Chapel of the East”). Dinner and overnight in Gura Humorului. |  |
| DAY 4 | Full
day trip for visiting Moldovita (frescoes
from 1537), Sucevita (15th century
– with a very well preserved painted façade) , Putna
(1466 - place of burial for Moldavian Voivode Stephen the Great)
& Arbore (1503) monasteries. Lunch
on the route (included - box meal) . Return to Gura Humorului
for farewell dinner and overnight. |

to Bucharest. Lunch on route. Arrival in the evening in Bucharest. |
